Mutual Aid list for hurricane helene
As many are aware, a good chunk of the South was devastated by Hurricane Helene. I've compiled a set of links where you can assist them with any supplies they may need such as candles, water, food, etc. Please donate in any way you can, these people really need our help and any bit is appreciated.First link will take you to Sparta Candle Co. They are providing candles to any who has no power. The need is greater than they can handle so they need our help to keep going.Second is Cajun Navy Relief. They are non for profit organization that assist communities after natural disasters.The third is Appalachia Service Project. They're currently raising money to help the victims in Appalachia.The fourth is a google doc on all the resources available. If you or someone you know needs help, please check for any available assistance.The fifth is Binx's Home for Black Cats located in Asheville, NC, one of the hardest hit areas. Not only are they without power and water, they have also taken on more cats and this gofundme is to help continue these cats and their neighbors.The sixth is a storefront run by Crackerjack Shack, they are running a special new shop featuring shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, etc and all sales go toward Mountain Mule Packer Ranch to support their mules being able to deliver supplies to the Appalchians.
